ETERNITY WIRELESS RETURN POLICIES

WARRANTY RETURNS

Eternity Wireless offers Eternity Wireless Authorized Dealers a limited warranty that all products will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period that expires 1 year from the invoice date of sale from Eternity Wireless.  Transfer or resale of the product will automatically terminate warranty coverage. This limited warranty is not transferable to any other end-user or third party and is only applicable to consumers in the United States.

Limited Warranty Exceptions:

• NO Warranty on products subject to misuse, abuse, accident, cosmetic damage, physical damage, liquid damage, abnormal operation, improper handling or installation, neglect, exposure to fire, moisture and/or water, extreme climate temperatures, or operation outside published maximum ratings.

• 60-Day Limited warranty applies to Bluetooth accessories (All Bluetooth must be in original packaging, with all original components – NO credit will be issued for incomplete Bluetooth).

INCORRECT ORDERS

Eternity Wireless will authorize the customer to return within 3 business days, for exchange, merchandise that was incorrectly ordered by the customer.  Incorrect orders reported after 3 business days will be assessed a 25% restocking fee, and the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs. Returns of “Good Product” will no longer be accepted after 30 days from the invoice date. 

INCORRECT SHIPMENTS, SHIPMENT SHORTAGES, AND DISCREPANCIES

Eternity Wireless will authorize the customer to return, for exchange or credit, merchandise that was incorrectly shipped by Eternity Wireless.  All Shortages and discrepancies of any kind must be reported to the Eternity Wireless Quality Control Department within 7 business days from the time of receipt.  Eternity Wireless will be responsible for all shipping cost for incorrect shipments and shipment shortages, excluding backorder items.  

DEFECTIVE ON ARRIVAL (DOA) / DAMAGES

Eternity Wireless will authorize the customer to return “Damaged on Arrival” products for exchange for new product.  Discontinued products will be replaced with like product at an equal value.  All damaged orders of any kind must be reported to the Eternity Wireless Quality Control Department within 3 business days from the time of receipt.  Failure to comply may result in your claim being denied.  

STOCK REBALANCING 

All merchandise to be returned for stock rebalancing must be authorized by Eternity Wireless prior to being returned. 

Eternity Wireless will authorize return for credit (Stock Rebalancing) for products within 90 days of original invoice from Eternity Wireless. All products returned for stock rebalancing must be in original condition with packaging unopened, inclusive of all its parts and components, and free of all stickers and residue from stickers, in resalable condition. All products with defaced, opened or damaged packaging will not be accepted. No credit will be issued to products with missing parts or components. 

Stock Rebalancing can only be done once per quarter. 

To qualify for stock rebalancing: 

Customer must be spending $2000 per month to qualify.

Credit will be issued for the products returned. Credit may only be applied towards future purchases.

A purchase order must be placed with a minimum amount greater than or equal to 125% of the return value.

No stock rebalancing on the following:

  • Case-Mate brands (including Case-Mate, Pelican, Rifle Paper, Kate Spade, etc)
  • Special Orders
  • Custom Orders
  • Promotions
  • Special buys, closeouts
  • Returning Merchandise

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained from Eternity Wireless. The RMA Form can be obtained at www.eternitywireless.com/returns/, or by emailing the RMA Department @ returns@eternitywireless.com, or by calling 833-594-0361. 

Upon issuance of an RMA: 

1. Properly package merchandise for shipment to prevent damage. Eternity Wireless will not accept responsibility for product damaged during shipping. 

2. Clearly state RMA number(s) on the outside of the shipping package. RMA number expires after 30 days. 

3. Ship the product prepaid to Eternity Wireless.

4. A copy of the Original Invoice and Completed RMA Form must accompany the returned product. Incomplete forms will not be processed.

5. Upon receipt by Eternity Wireless, merchandise will be verified for accuracy, quantities match model/part number(s) and serial number(s) match, unit(s) complete, and reason for the return. Merchandise received without discrepancies will be processed within 7-14 business days.

Eternity Wireless specifically disclaims liability for any and all direct, indirect, special, general, punitive, exemplary, aggravated, incidental or consequential damages, whether foreseeable or unforeseeable of any kind whatsoever, including but not limited to, loss of profits, unanticipated profits arising out of use or inability to use any product; (Example: Wasted air time charges due to malfunction of any product, or loss of income due to malfunction of any product), or contribution or indemnity in respect to any claim related to a product. Eternity Wireless retains the right to amend, modify, change or delete any of the information contained within this document.  This revision supersedes any previous revisions as published by Eternity Wireless.
